Rina Catania McGinley is a consultant for legal affairs with Portal Commerce & Logistics. She has more than eight years of experience practicing corporate, civil, and labor law in Mexico and the United States. Before joining Portal Commerce & Logistics, Catania was a corporate attorney with the Amaya Curiel Business Corporation in Mexico, an Attorney at Law with the Raul Reynoso law firm, and a legal assistant with the Federal District Court in Ensenada Mexico. She has extensive legal experience in the areas of civil construction and international transportation.

Catania earned her Bachelors degree as Attorney at Law from the University of Baja California.
